新希望在过去这些年，做了很多创新的孵化，比如冷链物流。当前中国正是大力发展冷链物流的阶段，而新希望在过去的积累中，由于具备链条前端“货品冷藏”这一最关键的要素，因此新希望把冷链从原有的产业当中单独抽取出来，独立运行，在运送自己旗下冷链产品的同时，再承接和对接了很多城市原有的冷链体系，现在整个冷链布局已经变得非常壮大。
