11月6日,松下控股株式会社集团(以下简称“松下集团”)CEO楠见雄规表示,从智能等角度来讲,中国已经成为全球最为现代化的国家之一,从智能以及物质之极大丰富的角度来看,某种意义上中国已经超越了日本,“我经常在公司里对下属提出这样的要求——把中国速度变成世界速度,中国成本变成全球成本。”

进博会之行已经是楠见雄规今年第四次中国之行,他表示,之前因为疫情没机会来中国,现在要亲眼去看看中国最新的发展和变化,走访松下在华各个分支机构,并把在中国看到的最新变化带到日本总部和管理层。数字化转型网www.szhzxw.cn
“45年之前松下来到中国进行发展,一开始的时候更多是利用日本的技术为中国的发展作出贡献,但是在40多年里中国已经发生巨变,尤其中国推行的一系列行之有效的产业发展政策,使中国迈入现代化国家的行列。”楠见雄规表示,在这种背景下,松下在中国的小伙伴要通过自己的努力,以中国的速度、中国成本来实现松下制造业的发展。
楠见表示,接下来松下将把公司在日本漫长发展过程中积累的知识经验,比如住宅空间方面的知识经验,结合中国的特点组合在一起,发挥乘积效应,为中国发展作出自己应有的更大贡献。
一、中国市场将围绕三大领域发力
提及松下在华发展和投资计划,楠见雄规强调中国是松下集团最重要的海外市场之一,并表示接下来将在三个领域发力,健康智能住空间、新能源汽车零部件和智能制造。

在新能源应用领域,本间哲朗着重介绍了氢燃料电池及应用在风力发电场景的镍氢电池。围绕氢能源电池在工厂内的应用,松下正在无锡工厂进行着冷热电综合能源系统的实证实验,目前已经验证了冷热交换的可能性,将继续验证其经济性优势。在风力发电中,松下提供作为变桨系统备用电源的镍氢电池,可灵活对应高压化、实现高精度远程监控、小型轻量,能够为快速发展的中国海上风力发电做出贡献。

二、培养中国本地员工下放权限
被问及对过去40多年松下在华发展成绩是否满意,楠见回答称,发展是动态的,如果要真正在中国的各项业务发展让人满意的话,就要求松下在中国的各项业务都能够超越中国本土企业发展的速度。

楠见还进一步表示,松下要在中国取得更大的发展,需要使用更加年轻的中国本土员工,把权限下放给他们,来为松下的发展作出贡献。
