“2024年的政府工作报告中明确,大力推进现代化产业体系建设,加快发展新质生产力。我们将用实力讲好新质生产力的故事。”出席十四届全国人大二次会议的全国人大代表、湘潭宏大真空技术股份有限公司(简称“宏大真空”)总经理黄乐向中华工商时报记者发来这样的感言。

  买了新手机,一般都会先贴膜保护起来。但宏大真空的镀膜技术将会为人们省去这一环节,今后手机出厂时,都将是这种自带防指纹、防刮痕、防反光膜的手机屏幕。

  目前,凭借真空镀膜这项细分领域技术,宏大真空一家仅150余人的企业,在显示屏真空镀膜领域中市场占有率超过92%,是比亚迪、富士康、蓝思科技、三一重工、汉能集团等知名企业的重要合作伙伴,成功打入美国苹果公司手机产业链和国内顶尖的薄膜太阳能产业链,成为全球细分镀膜领域的“隐形冠军”。

一、突破镀膜领域“卡脖子”难题

  2009年,黄乐进入宏大真空后,成为一名一线员工。在多个岗位历练10年后,黄乐接过父亲的接力棒,正式出任宏大真空总经理,成为真空镀膜设备龙头企业的新掌门人。之后,他带领团队自主研发真空镀膜核心技术产品,率先研发了首台套重大装备,填补了国内空白,并突破了一系列镀膜领域的“卡脖子”难题。

  近年来,宏大真空在黄乐的带领下,瞄准细分市场需求,通过不断创新,开发出具有国际领先的真空镀膜技术,为各种显示材料穿上“保护衣”,提高材料使用寿命和美化外观。黄乐介绍,该技术是在一个密封的真空下,利用蒸发、磁控溅射等工艺,将金属或金属氧化物雾化沉积在玻璃、塑料、金属等基材上形成膜层,广泛应用到建筑材料、手机、电脑、汽车等有显示面板的地方。目前,宏大真空自主研发出六大系列30余种产品,其中不少产品打破国外垄断、填补国内空白。

  今年年仅38岁的黄乐,已经是一名奋战在科技创新领域多年的老兵,曾经在蓝思科技公司手机镀膜订单中一炮而红。

  蓝思科技是一家是全球智能设备视窗及外观防护、结构件与电子功能件行业高新技术制造企业,被誉为全球手机屏幕行业的“龙头”。

  2019年,蓝思科技公司准备为手机装上彩色耐磨外衣的玻璃背板,但这一技术需要通过真空镀膜来实现。在得知蓝思科技正准备与国外公司洽谈合作的情况下,黄乐决定背水一战,他立即带领研发团队持续攻关。最终,他们仅仅花了5个月时间,就成功研发出蓝思科技所需要的盖板玻璃渐变色镀膜机,而且价格比国外企业更便宜。在得到蓝思科技各项技术指标测试后,签下了6亿元的巨额订单。至此,宏大真空在镀膜领域“一战成名”。

二、锚定打造新质生产力

  之前,很多人不了解真空镀膜,宏大真空一度被人认为是生产手机、平板电脑贴膜的企业。事实上,宏大真空开发的真空镀膜技术,集多种纳米技术于一身,成为真空镀膜领域的一种新质生产力。

  根据自身多年经验,黄乐认为,科技创新是新质生产力的核心,以科技创新发挥主导作用的生产力,摆脱了传统增长路径,可以实现产业结构优化升级,提升国家整体竞争力,同时也有利于解决环境问题,实现经济社会可持续发展。

  黄乐介绍,宏大真空近年来高速发展,成为新质生产力的代表企业,在科技研发创新上舍得投入是关键因素之一。公司成立以来,年均研发费用超过销售收入的6%;尤其是2016年至2023年,近7年研发投入屡创新高,平均达到10%以上。正是因为在科研投入上舍得,宏大真空一季度取得开门红,拿到了近6亿元的订单。

  3月1日,在宏大真空试验车间,记者看到数块经过镀膜处理的手机玻璃,通过了2万次的耐磨测验后,没有出现任何痕迹。

  目前,随着智能设备的不断涌现,各种需要真空镀膜的显示屏越来越多,尤其在智能化电动汽车车载显示屏领域,一个新的赛道正在到来。黄乐已经深刻地感受到,只有不断自主创新,掌握新技术,才能在敌手环伺的市场竞争中把握主动。为此,宏大真空做好了大显身手的准备。

  采访中,黄乐讲过一个故事,有一家实力雄厚的国外企业找到黄乐,提出每年给宏大真空上亿元生产订单,唯一的要求就是希望放弃自主研究镀膜技术。“放弃苦苦钻研的镀膜技术,等于将脖子交给别人卡住。一家真正的科技公司首先是一家爱国的公司,科学无国界,但科技工作者是有祖国的。这也是我们企业的发展之源、立功之本。”

  黄乐深知,只有将关键核心技术牢牢掌握在自己手中,才是硬道理。

  经过不懈努力,近几年来,宏大真空已经成功申请专利近100多项,成为国内纳米膜层材料技术研发及高端真空镀膜装备的领军企业、国家专精特新重点“小巨人”企业。公司发展的同时,黄乐也先后荣获湘潭市优秀企业家、湘潭市高层次D类人才、湘潭市专业技术骨干人才、莲城青年英才、最美青商等荣誉称号。

三、推动构建协同创新体系

  履职全国人大代表以来,黄乐多次深入企业和科研院所调研,向专家请教,为我国真空镀膜技术提档升级,植入“AI+”技术群。他发现,我国真空产业自20世纪80年代后期迅速发展,但在高端技术和关键零部件方面仍依赖进口,面临国外技术垄断和“卡脖子”问题。特别是资源分散、缺乏统一标准和规范、创新能力不足、忽视市场需求、资金短缺、人才匮乏以及政策支持不足等。这是因为,真空技术装备行业整体创新能力不能完全满足国民经济各领域高端先进技术发展的需要。

  黄乐认为,为推进国产真空技术装备发展,国家应该加强中试基地建设,构建协同创新体系。以央企或国企牵头,明确国产化指标,提供中试平台和指导,促进内循环经济增长。同时,鼓励民企与高校、科研机构合作,加快科技成果转化。加强产业链上下游企业合作,形成产业协作机制,降低研发成本,提高竞争力。这一方面与企业研发水平不足、创新能力薄弱有关,另一方面,中试(产品在大规模量产前的较小规模试验)环节常常成为制约技术创新和产业升级的关键因素,使企业成果无法从实验室阶段向实际生产应用转化,企业投入成本与市场收效不匹配,创新动力受挫而难以持续。

  “今年产值将比去年翻一番,全年预计实现产值8亿元,显然这是新质生产力赋能的结果。”黄乐说,宏大真空发展新质生产力必须加强科技创新特别是原创性、颠覆性科技创新,加快实现高水平科技自立自强。

  随着5G时代和智能时代来临,宏大真空正朝着科技强企的目标一步一个脚印迈进,致力打造成为全球知名的显示装备研发与制造基地。目前,宏大真空已经规划好未来产品路线,准备迎接一个新时代的到来。

At present, with the technology of vacuum coating, Hongda Vacuum, an enterprise with only more than 150 people, has a market share of more than 92% in the field of display vacuum coating, and is an important partner of BYD, Foxconn, Lens Technology, Sany Heavy Industry, Hanergy Group and other well-known enterprises. It has successfully entered the mobile phone industry chain of Apple Inc. in the United States and the top thin film solar industry chain in China, and has become the “invisible champion” in the field of global subdivision coating.

First, break through the coating field “stuck neck” problem

In 2009, Huang Le entered the grand vacuum and became a frontline employee. After 10 years of experience in a number of positions, Huang Le took over the baton from his father and officially served as the general manager of Grand Vacuum and became the new head of the leading enterprise of vacuum coating equipment. After that, he led the team to independently develop vacuum coating core technology products, took the lead in developing the first set of major equipment, filled the domestic gap, and broke through a series of coating field “jam neck” problems.

In recent years, under the leadership of Huang Le, Grand Vacuum aims at market segments, and through continuous innovation, has developed internationally leading vacuum coating technology to put on “protective clothing” for various display materials, improving the service life of materials and beauishing the appearance. Huang Le introduced that the technology is in a sealed vacuum, the use of evaporation, magnetron sputtering and other processes, the metal or metal oxide atomized deposition on glass, plastic, metal and other substrates to form a film layer, widely used in building materials, mobile phones, computers, automobiles and other display panel places. At present, Grand vacuum has independently developed six series of more than 30 kinds of products, many of which break the foreign monopoly and fill the domestic gap.

Huang Le, who is only 38 years old this year, is already a veteran who has fought in the field of scientific and technological innovation for many years, and has been popular in the mobile phone coating order of Lens Technology Company.

Lens Technology is a global smart device window and appearance protection, structural parts and electronic function parts industry high-tech manufacturing enterprises, known as the global mobile phone screen industry “leader”.

In 2019, Lens Technology is ready to equip mobile phones with glass backs with colored wear-resistant coats, but this technology needs to be achieved by vacuum coating. In the knowledge that Lens Technology is preparing to negotiate cooperation with foreign companies, Huang Le decided to fight, he immediately led the R & D team to continue to tackle the problem. In the end, it only took them 5 months to successfully develop the cover glass gradient coating machine needed by Lens Technology, and the price is cheaper than foreign enterprises. After getting the technical index test of Lens Technology, signed a huge order of 600 million yuan. Since then, grand vacuum has become famous in the field of coating.

Second, anchor to create new quality productivity

Before, many people do not understand vacuum coating, grand vacuum was once considered to be the production of mobile phones, tablet computer film enterprises. In fact, the vacuum coating technology developed by Hongda vacuum integrates a variety of nanotechnology and has become a new quality productivity in the field of vacuum coating.

According to his own years of experience, Huang Le believes that scientific and technological innovation is the core of the new quality of productivity, with scientific and technological innovation to play a leading role in the productivity, get rid of the traditional growth path, can achieve the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, enhance the overall competitiveness of the country, but also conducive to solving environmental problems, to achieve sustainable economic and social development.

Huang Le introduced that grand vacuum has developed rapidly in recent years, becoming a representative enterprise of new quality productivity, and being willing to invest in scientific and technological research and innovation is one of the key factors. Since the establishment of the company, the average annual R&D expenses have exceeded 6% of the sales revenue; In particular, from 2016 to 2023, the research and development investment in the past seven years has repeatedly reached new highs, reaching an average of more than 10%. It is because of its willingness to invest in scientific research that Grand Vacuum got off to a good start in the first quarter and got nearly 600 million yuan of orders.

On March 1, in the grand vacuum test workshop, the reporter saw several pieces of mobile phone glass that had been coated and passed 20,000 wear-resistant tests, without any traces.

At present, with the continuous emergence of intelligent devices, more and more display screens that need vacuum coating, especially in the field of intelligent electric vehicle on-board display, a new track is coming. Huang Le has deeply felt that only by constantly innovating independently and mastering new technologies can he seize the initiative in the market competition surrounded by rivals. To this end, Grand vacuum is ready to show its skills.

In the interview, Huang Le told a story that a powerful foreign enterprise found Huang Le and put forward an annual production order of hundreds of millions of yuan for the grand vacuum, and the only requirement was to give up independent research on coating technology. “To give up the coating technology that you have studied so hard is tantamount to giving your neck to someone else.” A true technology company is first and foremost a patriotic company, science knows no borders, but science and technology workers have a motherland. This is also the source of our development and the foundation of our success.”

Huang Le knows that only the key core technology firmly in their own hands, is the hard truth.

After unremitting efforts, in recent years, Hongda Vacuum has successfully applied for more than 100 patents, and has become a leading enterprise in domestic nanofilm material technology research and development and high-end vacuum coating equipment, and a national specialized and special new key “small giant” enterprise. At the same time of the development of the company, Huang Le has also won the honorary titles of Xiangtan Outstanding entrepreneurs, Xiangtan high-level D talents, Xiangtan professional and technical backbone talents, Liancheng Young talents, the most beautiful green business and so on.

Third, promote the establishment of a collaborative innovation system

Since taking office as a deputy to the National People’s Congress, Huang Le has repeatedly conducted research in enterprises and scientific research institutes, consulted experts, upgraded vacuum coating technology in China, and implanted the “AI+” technology group. He found that China’s vacuum industry has developed rapidly since the late 1980s, but it still relies on imports in terms of high-end technology and key components, facing foreign technology monopoly and “stuck neck” problems. In particular, the dispersion of resources, the lack of uniform standards and norms, the lack of innovation capacity, the neglect of market demand, the shortage of funds, the lack of talents and the lack of policy support. Huang Le believes that in order to promote the development of domestic vacuum technology and equipment, the country should strengthen the construction of pilot bases and build a collaborative innovation system. Take the lead of central enterprises or state-owned enterprises, clarify the indicators of localization, provide pilot platforms and guidance, and promote the growth of internal circular economy. At the same time, private enterprises are encouraged to cooperate with universities and scientific research institutions to accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. Strengthen cooperation between upstream and downstream enterprises in the industrial chain, form an industrial collaboration mechanism, reduce research and development costs, and improve competitiveness. On the one hand, this is related to the insufficient level of enterprise research and development and weak innovation ability. On the other hand, pilot test (small scale test of products before large-scale production) often becomes the key factor restricting technological innovation and industrial upgrading, so that enterprise achievements cannot be transformed from the laboratory stage to actual production and application, and enterprise input cost does not match the market effect. The impetus for innovation is frustrated and unsustainable.

“This year’s output value will double that of last year, and the annual output value is expected to reach 800 million yuan, which is obviously the result of new quality productivity.” Huang Le said that the grand vacuum development of new quality productivity must strengthen scientific and technological innovation, especially original and subversive scientific and technological innovation, and accelerate the realization of high-level scientific and technological self-reliance.
