坐落在天津市津南区的荣程钢铁集团厂区内一片繁忙景象。35辆氢能重卡载着带钢产品陆续驶出厂区，驶向静海区客户。据悉，这35辆氢能重卡将替换原国六燃油车进行成品运输，开启了荣程在天津市域内成品货物氢能运输的新格局。荣程也成为天津市首批实现清洁运输比例达80%以上的钢铁企业之一。
当前，中国经济总体呈回升向好态势。荣程集团作为中国民营经济中的一分子，2024年开年以来，积厚成势、乘势而上，以劈波斩浪、砥砺奋进的姿态，加速奔跑在高质量发展的赛道上。
全国人大代表、荣程集团董事会主席张荣华刚刚参加完全国两会，她深深地感受到，中国经济发展前景一定会更加光明！这是作为企业的定力和底气所在，也是决心和信心所在。“新的一年，我们要以信心百倍、充满活力的状态收心拢神，不打年盹，以敢想、敢闯、敢拼的精神，抢抓机遇，扎实工作，为全年工作开好局、起好步。”
一、坚定信心在“干”字上下功夫
无声的数据是荣程人坚定信心、加快高质量发展最好的见证。刚刚过去的一年，荣程集团营业收入实现1200亿元，同比增长16%，一、二、三产业结构实现0.02%、21.12%、78.86%；战略新兴材料产值同比增长16%，研发投入达6亿元；社会贡献21亿元，其中直接公益支出3914万元，累计超10亿元。混改后的融诚物产集团，连续三年实现超50%的高速增长。
今年一季度，荣程集团在2024新年开局之时便取得了一系列开门红：新4号高炉全流程超低排放改造顺利通过生态环境部审核、天津荣程联合钢铁集团成功荣获2023年中国工业碳达峰“领跑者”企业称号、国家首批综合货运枢纽补链强链项目——荣程集团零碳货运绿氢能源制储加一体化项目一次性试车成功、融诚物产集团实现一月份业务经营量完成预算的127%，同比增长75%……
《中共中央 国务院关于促进民营经济发展壮大的意见》出台，各部委密集发布促进民营经济发展政策，国家发展改革委专门设立民营经济发展局等一系列举措，对民营经济发展提供有力支撑。张荣华坦言，这份厚望是力量，是前行的动力，让我们更加坚定了助力民营经济高质量发展，助力中国式现代化，展现荣程人敢于挑战、善于创新、勇于超越的不屈之心、进取之心、坚强决心和强大意志。
张荣华表示，2024年，荣程人将在“干”字上下功夫，在强化落实上真抓实干，在创新上大胆地干，在运营上埋头实干，在发展上放心干、放手干。
二、平台经济助力传统制造业成链成群
近年来，我国平台经济快速发展，在经济社会发展全局中的地位和作用日益凸显。2023年，荣程集团坚守实业报国初心，主动融入国家战略，依托企业平台优势和区域资源，在行业内率先提出了打造第四方生产要素集成服务平台，并将第四方平台应用场景落地列为荣程集团年度“一号工程”，通过“订单式生产+菜单式服务”，全面整合资源，协同市场要素，打通产业链上下游，在政府支持下搭建开放平台，共建产业生态圈，助力区域经济转型升级。
如今，荣程五洲运通平台是荣程在天津首个落地应用的第四方平台应用场景，已经成为天津首个第四方平台应用场景的区域服务示范标杆。在江苏无锡，荣程第四方平台试点与周边300公里范围内160多家终端企业紧密合作，形成可复制的运营模式。在河北唐山，荣程与唐山遵化市政府合作的智慧矿山第四方平台项目，也已经启动运行。该平台不仅打通了网络货运平台合规监管，形成了经营活力的“快速路”，同时依托平台规模效应，降低司机群体运营成本，提升收入，以荣程方案加快铺就共同富裕的“高速路”。
下一步，荣程集团将继续围绕全国统一大市场，聚焦区域数字生态共同体目标，发挥钢铁实体+贸易服务+数字赋能的优势，推进大市场、大平台、大营销，以“订单式生产”“菜单式服务”模式，带料延链、带料前行、串链延链，实现产业链下延成链成群。
三、“氢+”经济引领战略新兴产业成龙配套
近年来，荣程集团深耕新能源氢能领域，围绕“制储运加用研及装备制造”一体化氢能全产业链，坚持打造“源、网、车、云”四位一体的“氢+”经济产业格局。
今年1月，荣程集团零碳货运绿氢能源制储加一体化项目一次性试车成功，标志着天津首家首台套“绿电制储加氢一体化”氢能全产业链生态闭环场景项目正式落地。在项目现场，记者看到生态闭环正是通过一排排渔光互补水面光伏发电作为电源供给、城市污水处理后中水作为水源，产生的氢气通过加氢站供应氢能重卡运输使用，副产品氧气用于钢铁生产来实现，做到新水“零使用”、废水和二氧化碳“零排放”。
截至2024年3月2日，荣程搭建了3条氢能源运输示范应用场景，累计投用5座自用加氢站及加氢撬站，运营氢能重卡275辆，行驶里程1224.19万公里，运输量1463.72万吨，减排二氧化碳11269吨，荣程集团也已成为国内拥有在市政道路实际开展氢能重卡运输业务车辆最多的实体企业。
提到氢能，作为全国人大代表的张荣华向记者介绍，去年两会期间，她曾向全国人大提出包含氢能产业高质量发展等建议。今年两会期间，她带来了一份关于进一步加快氢燃料电池汽车产业生态体系高质量发展的建议。数字化转型网www.szhzxw.cn
四、“稻+”经济践行国家粮食安全战略
小站稻是天津的名片。多年来，荣程积极推进“稻+”经济建设，围绕水稻的育种、种植、深加工、农副产品等积极探索，打通了种子研发、水稻育种、基地种植、产品加工的产业链条。
记者在采访中了解到，荣程集团与国家粳稻工程技术研究中心合作开发了小站香1号大米，已获得审批备案，并在津南区推广种植，合作开发的“泰荣1号”杂交种大米也试种成功。同时，该集团正在推进“天津育种+黑龙江种植”模式：依托天津育种优势，在津南区杂交育种，在黑龙江泰来推广种植，在天津品牌化销售，实现育种基地与种粮基地、产区与销区的高效联动，为国家粮食安全做贡献。
2月24日，在京津冀协同发展重大国家战略实施10周年之际，荣程集团旗下荣程农食健（天津）食品集团有限公司联合国家粳稻工程技术研究中心、唐山尚耕农道生态农业发展有限公司、丰南区政府，共同签署丰南大米全产业链及乡村振兴项目战略合作框架协议。该项目的签约，是荣程集团积极推进京津冀协同发展走深走实、助力乡村振兴的务实举措，标志着共同打造京津冀水稻全产业链迈出关键一步。
