在今年全国两会现场，依文集团董事长夏华身着带有贵州苗绣设计元素的服饰，迈着铿锵的步伐走进人民大会堂。
作为新代表，过去一年的时间里，夏华一边调查研究，一边学习探索如何更好地履职尽责，让带领绣娘走出大山的梦想、深度参与乡村振兴的事业走得更远。她与苗绣结缘已有20年之久，叱咤时尚产业，打造民族文化品牌，让中国传统手工艺从深山走向世界舞台……一步一个脚印。

一、点亮“指尖产业”致富新路
2023年是夏华作为全国人大代表履职的第一年，也是担任中国民间商会副会长的第一年。一年来，夏华随着全国人大、全国工商联到贵州、云南、山东、吉林等地考察，为当地产业发展、乡村振兴等建言献策。她深感肩上的担子沉甸甸的，但也很快适应了新角色，投身新实践，走到更多基层地区去了解新情况。
去年全国两会期间，夏华关注贵州苗绣产业可持续发展问题，并提出推动传统产业数字化转型，以及建立文旅融合的乡村振兴特色产业创新示范基地。会后不久，依文集团在贵州省贵阳市建立青岩·寻坊苗绣产业基地，7月又在贵州省毕节市织金县建立依文·中国手工坊数字化产业基地。
“打造依文·中国手工坊数字化产业基地，就是要通过数字化手段，帮助绣娘对接订单，推动民族手工艺走向全球。”夏华告诉记者：“一开始我们把基地建到织金，绣娘们都没有信心，但当产业基地开放以后，绣娘们在现场边绣边卖，第一天就接了一个16万元的订单，她们都很开心，终于在自己家里就能接到订单了。”数字化转型网www.szhzxw.cn
2023年4月，依文·中国手工坊国潮生活方式新零售平台“深山集市”落户贵阳，在青岩·寻坊景点打造特色国潮街区，将民族元素与“吃、住、行、游、购、娱”功能结合，形成了“文旅+产业+工坊”的模型。 谈起和绣娘们在一起的点点滴滴，夏华总是笑意盈盈：“在青岩·寻坊工坊里，我看着绣娘们边刺绣边销售她们的产品，国潮旅行箱、刺绣包、蜡染包袋、土布玩偶、国潮服装成了游客争相购买的爆品，非常欣慰。通过这样的方式，苗绣也将被传播到更多地方。”
二、探索更高质量“指尖经济”
夏华经常往返于北京与贵州之间，她时不时就要去贵州看看绣娘们，观察“指尖产业”的新进展。2021年，习近平总书记在考察贵州时指出，特色苗绣既传统又时尚，既是文化又是产业，不仅能够弘扬传统文化，而且能够推动乡村振兴。夏华说，这给一直深耕苗绣产业、助力共同富裕事业的依文人很大鼓舞，大家坚定信心要坚持走好这条路。数字化转型网www.szhzxw.cn
推动传统手工艺从“指尖艺术”走向“指尖产业”，依文集团磨砺多年才跨越一大步，如今从“指尖产业”再向“指尖经济”迈进，更加高质量、可持续发展下去，夏华还在不断研究和思考。
“‘文旅+工坊’是传统文化传承与现代市场需求的有效结合，是推动产业振兴和乡村振兴的有效途径，但目前在乡村地区发展文创产业和工坊产品的模式还不成熟。”夏华表示：“‘文旅+产业’的深度融合，是当前经济社会发展的重要方向，但文旅融合产品内容、生产、经营的市场化程度低，目前多以景点为中心，缺乏围绕主题的文旅融合产品研发和设计能力，导致文旅产品单一，不能满足游客消费需求。”
“文旅+产业+工坊”的融合发展路子，让绣娘们尝到了甜头，也让依文人看到”指尖产业”接地气、可复制的希望。基于实践的经验，夏华在今年全国两会上提出，充分发挥”工坊”在文旅融合发展中的重要作用，支持打造“文旅+产业+工坊”的文旅融合体验消费模型的建议。
“可以在文化旅游景区像青岩·寻坊一样，设置工坊，让游客亲身体验当地的传统手工艺，感受到传统文化的魅力。”夏华说，这不仅可以提升游客的参与感和满足感，还可以促进当地传统产业转型升级。
除了着手自己企业的发展，夏华还希望更多的民营企业能加入行列，共同推动民族手工艺产业，合力共促乡村振兴。她认为，推动包括苗绣产业在内的民族传统手工艺产业的可持续发展，民营经济是重要力量。
“通过加强对民营企业的扶持和引导，系统性支持一批龙头民营企业深度参与、推动手工艺产业的快速发展，能够为当地手工艺从业者提供更多就业岗位和提高收入的机会，将有效促进当地经济发展。”夏华对记者说，她期待能有更多政策和平台支持，让更多民营企业能够参与进来。
三、坚定特色产业振兴道路
作为民营企业家全国人大代表，夏华对于民营经济发展充满信心。“2023年，一批围绕民营经济含金量满满的政策集中出台，国家发展改革委内部设立民营经济发展局，加快推进民营经济促进法立法进程等，可以说，2023年民营经济恢复向好发展因素持续累积。”夏华感慨，民营企业在技术创新、进出口等方面表现亮眼，民营经济发展总体上呈现出稳中有进、稳中向好的基本态势，“2023年是民营经济史上具有非凡意义的一年。”数字化转型网www.szhzxw.cn

记者了解到，今年依文·中国手工坊将继续推动中国民族文化产业发展，打造可复制的乡村振兴产业模型。“我们的设计师团队将在贵州、云南、内蒙古、海南等多个地区开发主题IP文创，我们计划通过IP及IP衍生品的合作方式，与各品牌进行跨界合作，产生更大的文化附加值，联合中外优秀设计师深入城市探寻人文历史，打造‘城市礼物’。”夏华说。

20年间，依文·中国手工坊团队常年穿梭在都市与大山之间，穿过了崎岖的山路，蹚过了原始的古道，在大山深处遇见了勤劳朴实的绣娘、宝贵的传统美学纹样和那些与都市渐行渐远的美好。

During the National Two sessions last year, Xia Hua paid attention to the sustainable development of Guizhou Miao embroidery industry, and proposed to promote the digital transformation of traditional industries, as well as the establishment of a demonstration base for rural revitalization with cultural and tourism integration. Shortly after the meeting, Yiwen Group established Qingyan · Xunfang Miao embroidery industrial base in Guiyang, Guizhou Province, and in July established Yiwen · China Handicraft digital industrial base in Zhijin County, Bijie City, Guizhou Province.
“To build the digital industrial base of Yiwen · China Handicraft Workshop is to help embroider Niang docking orders and promote national handicrafts to the world through digital means.” Xia Hua told reporters: “At the beginning we built the base to Zhijin, embroidering women are not confident, but when the industrial base opened, embroidering women at the scene side by side selling, the first day received a 160,000 yuan order, they are very happy, finally in their own home can receive orders.”
