3月28日至31日,博鳌亚洲论坛2023年年会在海南博鳌举行,毕马威中国副主席、管理咨询服务主管合伙人兼首席技术官及创新主管合伙人刘建刚,作为毕马威中国代表团成员出席年会活动。刘建刚在接受经济日报记者采访时表示,近年来,中国数字经济发展势头强劲,数字化转型已成为推动中国产业迈向全球价值链中高端的新动能,推动互联网、大数据、人工智能等同各产业深度融合,对于促进实体经济提质增效升级具有重要意义。
刘建刚表示,数字化转型正渗透到产业发展的方方面面,将在新技术驱动、新需求牵引、新基建支撑、新模式迭代和新场景落地等方面对企业发展产生巨大推动作用。世界各国都将数字化转型作为经济增长的重要引擎。中国政府颁布了多项推进数字化转型的政策,建设了适度超前的数字化基础设施,设计实现了丰富的数字技术应用场景,奠定了厚实的数字化底座。
谈及企业推进数字化转型的常见误区,刘建刚表示,数字化转型不仅是新技术应用和变革,更需要重新构建企业的文化价值、思维理念、设计生产、管控流程、客户及供应商管理,乃至企业员工知识体系及工作方式等。一些企业数字化转型战略不匹配业务战略,转型缺乏方向,孤岛式盲目部署数字化,又急于见到成效,用传统的绩效指标衡量转型效果,往往只看到投入成本,看不到价值。很多企业数字化部署停留在试点阶段,试点项目与经验难以快速复制与推广,无法形成全企业全场景的数字化规模效应。
“企业管理者应当转变思维,持续聚焦客户需求。数字化转型本质上是企业经营模式和管理方式的转变,数字技术只是转型的赋能工具。企业管理者要考虑如何更好地了解和服务顾客,以及更好地实现企业内部协同和信息共享,从而实现创新。企业应当把培养具有数字化能力和数字化思维的人才作为长期战略。此外,企业需要以开放的心态促进数字经济的发展。”刘建刚说。
数字化转型意味着投入风险,中小企业应该如何平衡数字化转型的投入和产出风险?刘建刚表示,中小企业更专注于细分市场、专业化生产和服务配套提供,由于缺乏对数字化转型全局统筹规划能力,缺少专业化人才团队,同时受限于经费资源,导致中小企业在执行数字化转型道路时抱有疑虑,缺乏坚定的决心与信心。
刘建刚建议:首先,加大对中小企业数字化转型的资金和政策扶持。当前国家鼓励中小企业发展,部分地方政府建设了面向中小企业的公共服务平台,支持中小企业以低成本或免费形式获取云服务、系统软件等数字化转型资源,为中小企业转型提供了有力支持;其次,中小企业数字化转型的道路上携手各方生态伙伴,加强数据资源共享和开发利用。支持基于产业集群和供应链上下游企业打通不同系统间的数据联通渠道,实现数据信息畅通、制造资源共享和生产过程协同,满足不同应用场景的业务需求,加速中小企业的数字化转型进程;最后,人才保障是数字化转型成功落地的关键。要加大对中小企业员工数字化素质和应用能力的培养,营造数字化转型沟通氛围和交流机制,引导帮助中小企业克服数字化转型中的困难和阻碍。
谈及人工智能对数字化转型的推动作用。刘建刚表示,人工智能与数字化转型相辅相成、相互融通。一方面,人工智能是推动社会发展变革的重要技术,是赋能数字化转型的关键科技之一。基于AI的智能解决方案,为数字化转型提供了强大推动力量。另一方面,数字化转型实效推动人工智能三要素“算法、算力、数据”进一步发展,为人工智能发展提供了更好的试验场,更有利于人工智能实践应用。(经济日报记者 袁 勇)
