中国建材:数字化转型是必答题,而不是选择题

今年政府工作报告中提出,大力发展数字经济。加快传统产业和中小企业数字化转型,着力提升高端化、智能化、绿色化水平。
全国两会期间,对于如何壮大数字经济、推动数字中国建设,代表委员们纷纷“支招”:加快推动数据要素流转市场化,加强数字经济治理,健全数字资产法律法规等。
当前我国正处在经济结构转型的关键期,而数字经济正是经济高质量发展的重要推动力。近期,中共中央、国务院印发了《数字中国建设整体布局规划》。央企率先推动数字化转型,是作为国民经济发展中坚力量顺应数字经济时代、建设数字中国的必然要求。
对此,中国建材集团党委书记、董事长周育先认为,“数字化转型关乎生存和发展,是必答题,而不是选择题。我们的数字化要做到研发设计数字化、生产运营智能化、管理过程信息化、客户服务敏捷化。我主要介绍其中三方面内容。”数字化转型网www.szhzxw.cn
一、研发设计数字化
《“十四五”信息化和工业化深度融合发展规划》指出,我国工业企业数字化研发设计工具普及率达到73%,到2025年目标普及率为85%。
随着行业竞争加剧,很多建材装饰产品需要快速更新迭代,以满足不断变化的市场需求和终端用户的个性化定制要求,而产品外观设计、质量、性能提升必须依靠试验验证。
如今,仅是“降本增效”已经无法满足建材企业研发转型需求,如何利用数字化工具,缩短产品开发周期、实现平台复用和建立虚拟验证能力,是产品研发更深层次的价值需求。
“材料的竞争,到最后很大程度上在于材料的设计,传统的设计方法在速度效率上会打折扣,所以材料的设计就需要用数字化的手段来提速。”周育先表示。
例如,风电叶片的设计会直接影响风能的转换率,是风力发电中十分重要的一环。
中国建材集团旗下的中材科技风电叶片股份有限公司(下称中材叶片)是国内风电叶片的龙头企业。
中材叶片总经理王欣表示,“2021年,大家觉得80米级别的(风电叶片)产品很有竞争力了,2022年客户的需求已经提高到90米级别。客户现在会结合项目和整机系统的特点,在叶片上提出更多的个性化要求,对产品需求的把控更强了。为此,需要开展一体化设计,实现联合降本。”
个性化叠加大型化,导致叶片产品换代周期越来越短。目前一个风电叶片型号的模具仅能使用2年左右,这给风电叶片从研发到模具都带来巨大压力。
研发设计数字化是一场革命性的研发流程变革。通过虚拟现实,可减少一次性开发成本,缩短研发周期,以虚拟的方式在现实中获得最优模型,打破物理空间和时间的限制。

二、生产运营智能化
加速数字经济与实体经济融合要促进数字技术深度融合应用。
工业和信息化部部长金壮龙在3月5日举行的今年全国两会首场“部长通道”采访活动上表示,要实施“十四五”智能制造发展规划。聚焦制造业重点产业,以智能制造为主攻方向,打造一批智能工厂,打造一批智慧供应链。

中材国际积极响应国家、中国建材集团数字化转型的号召,不断加大数字化建设投入,目前对内形成涵盖BIM数字化设计、数字化项目全过程管理和数字化运营管理的数字化管理体系;对外形成以水泥工业互联网平台、智能专家优化系统、BIM数字孪生交付与运维系统等为核心产品的水泥智能工厂建设服务体系。工作人员在操作室动动手指,即可实现大规模柔性化生产、供应链协同生产、产品全生命周期管理的目标。
中建材智能自动化研究院有限公司(下称中建材智能自动化院)“面向玻璃新材料的数智制造、协同生产解决方案”,为传统建材工业制造企业插上数字化的翅膀。在智能自动化控制系统、智能装备与生产线领域,中建材智能自动化院自主研制的“特种玻璃智能化生产线装备及系统”入选第七批国家制造业单项冠军产品,成功应用于显示材料和应用材料、新能源材料、优质浮法玻璃和特种玻璃等产业。
未来,中建材智能自动化院将研究把视觉检测、激光检测技术等各种检测技术应用到玻璃新材料各个生产环节的质量检测中,获取生产全过程的质量数据,通过边缘计算和大数据分析,将质量数据和生产过程的工艺参数、设备参数关联起来,通过AI机器学习、深度学习找到质量、工艺、设备之间的关系,让玻璃新材料MES制造执行系统和QMS质量管理系统具备实时指导生产、快速调整工艺、保持生产高质量高效率的能力。
2月7日,中国建材集团与华为技术有限公司签署了战略合作协议,合作内容之一就是共同推动材料产业与数字化智能化生态深度融合,未来将在新材料研发、数字化、绿色低碳、国际化等领域开展深入合作。
“从集团整体水泥、玻璃生产线的数据看,需要把多条生产线的数据集中在数据池里沉淀下来,再用算法进行数据清理、最终实现优化,反馈回系统中去指导具体生产线的各个要素指标,我们正在推进相关工作。”中国建材集团相关人士表示。数字化转型网www.szhzxw.cn
三、客户服务敏捷化
