根据辽宁省纪委官方公众号昨日消息，中石油咨询中心副主任古学进因为涉嫌严重违法违纪，正在被纪委和监察委调查。
根据中国数字化转型网（www.szhzxw.cn）的了解，古学进此前担任中国石油天然气集团有限公司数字和信息管理部总经理（行业内习惯称谓该职位为CIO，以下简称中石油CIO），就在4个月前，2022年的9月，古学进还以中石油CIO身份参加在武汉举办的第四届中国智慧炼化高峰论坛，在论坛中担任特邀顾问。
根据数字化转型网的了解，古学进曾于1992年在中国地震局地球物理研究所进行博士后研究，师从曾融生院士，毕业后加入中国石油天然气总公司，此后30年一直在中石油体系工作，曾担任过中国石油天然气总公司信息管理处处长、中国石油天然气集团有限公司数字和信息管理部副总经理等职务。
古学进曾参与负责过中国石油80大集中统一信息系统，以及5大集成平台建设：以ERP为核心的集成平台，应用物联网系统平台、云计算数据中心平台、移动应用平台、信息安全平台。
古学进还负责中国石油云计算平台建设，先后完成ERP等17套信息系统的云化实施、加油站管理系统等23套信息系统的云化实施。

Gu Xuejin, deputy director of petrochina’s consulting center, is under investigation by the Liaoning Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision on suspicion of serious violations of the law, according to the commission’s official public account yesterday.
According to the China Digital Transformation Network (www.szhzxw.cn), Gu Xuejin previously served as the general manager of Digital and Information Management Department of China National Petroleum Corporation Limited (CIO as is commonly referred to in the industry, hereinafter referred to as CIO). Just four months ago, in September 2022, Gu Xuejin also participated in the 4th China Wisdom Refining and Chemical Summit held in Wuhan as the CIO of petrochina and served as the special invited consultant in the forum.
According to the Digital Transformation network, Gu Xuejin once did postdoctoral research in the Institute of Geophysics of China Earthquake Administration in 1992 under the tutelage of academician Zeng Rongsheng. After graduation, he joined China National Petroleum Corporation and has been working in the petrochina system for 30 years. He served as Director of Information Management Department of China National Petroleum Corporation and deputy General manager of Digital and Information Management Department of China National Petroleum Corporation Limited.
Gu Xuejin once participated in the construction of petrochina’s 80 centralized unified information systems and 5 integrated platforms: the integrated platform with ERP as the core, the applied Internet of Things system platform, cloud computing data center platform, mobile application platform, and information security platform.
Gu Xuejin is also responsible for the construction of CNPC’s cloud computing platform, and has completed the implementation of 17 sets of information systems such as ERP and 23 sets of information systems such as gas station management system.
