黑客组织“Killnet”在其社交媒体账号上发布的视频中指出，他们的攻击目标国家是美国、英国、德国、意大利、波兰、罗马尼亚、拉脱维亚、爱沙尼亚、立陶宛和乌克兰。并称其上述国家的普通民众不会有危险，这些国家的政府会被清算。
该黑客组织还强调，宣称已经攻陷意大利国家警察官网长达30个小时，本网试图访问访问意大利邮政通讯警察局官方网站以及意大利国家警察部门的官方网站也无法进入。
Killnet 在其 Telegram 频道上发布了一条消息，威胁进一步的攻击可能：
我们的军团在你们国家进行军事网络演习，以提高他们的技能。一切都与你的行为相似——意大利人和西班牙人学习如何在乌克兰杀人。我们的军团正在学习杀死你的服务器！我向你保证，我们的网络军队将很快在你的领土上完成训练，我们将继续进攻。它会突然而且非常迅速地发生。
据此前报道，俄乌军事冲突爆发后，西方国家掀起反俄浪潮，西方黑客组织“匿名者”（Anonymous）曾经宣布对俄发起“网络战争”，组织大量黑客攻击俄罗斯政府网站，致使俄罗斯多个政府网站受到影响，甚至被迫关闭。
本网曾发过一篇俄罗斯总统普京签署总统令：保障技术独立性，要求从3月31日起禁止在国家采购中未经相关部门许可为重要国家基础设施部门购买外国软件。

On May 16 local time, Russian hacker group Killnet officially declared war on 10 anti-Russian Western countries.
In a video posted on its social media accounts, the hacker group Killnet identified the countries targeted as the United States, Britain, Germany, Italy, Poland, Romania, Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania and Ukraine. He said ordinary people in those countries would not be in danger and their governments would be liquidated.
The hacker group also stressed that it has been attacking the official website of the Italian National Police for 30 hours. Attempts to access the official website of the Italian Postal and Communications police and the official website of the Italian National police force were also unable to access.
Killnet posted a message on its Telegram channel threatening the possibility of further attacks:
Our legions conduct cyber exercises in your country to improve their skills. Everything is similar to your behavior — Italians and Spaniards learning how to kill people in Ukraine. Our legion is learning to kill your server! I assure you that our cyber army will soon complete its training on your soil, and we will continue the offensive. It can happen suddenly and very quickly.
According to previous reports, after the outbreak of the military conflict between Russia and Ukraine, Western countries set off a wave of anti-Russia. The western hacker organization “Anonymous” once declared a “cyber war” against Russia and organized a large number of hackers to attack Russian government websites, resulting in a number of Russian government websites affected or even forced to shut down.
