日益便捷的数字化生活背后，是数字经济的蓬勃发展。“数字经济是以新一代信息技术为基础，以海量数据的互联和应用为核心，将数据资源融入产业创新和升级各个环节的新经济形态。”1月7日，宁夏自治区工业和信息化厅相关负责人介绍。
以大数据、云计算、人工智能等为代表的新一轮信息技术迅猛发展，催动数字经济正以前所未有的深度和广度参与社会生产生活，数据生产力发展成效显著。宁夏，把数字经济作为转型发展的关键增量，在省级领导包抓推动下，大力发展数字信息产业，预计2022年产值突破680亿元，增速超过45%。
·一、枢纽节点
说到宁夏的数字经济，则不能不提“东数西算”。2022年2月17日，国家同意在京津冀、长三角、粤港澳大湾区、成渝、内蒙古、贵州、甘肃、宁夏启动建设国家算力枢纽节点，并规划了10个国家数据中心集群。至此，全国一体化大数据中心体系完成总体布局设计，“东数西算”工程正式全面启动。
此前，国家新型互联网交换中心挂牌运营，中卫市与上海、杭州、深圳同步迈入国家互联网交换中心第一梯队，我区成为全国唯一“交换中心+枢纽节点”双中心省区。“东数西算”将有力加快我区大数据产业发展，为宁夏乃至东部省份各行业数字化升级和产业数字化转型提供重要支撑，助力构建全国一体化大数据中心协同创新体系，推动区域协调发展，释放算力资源“乘数效应”和数据要素“倍增效应”，更好为数字化发展赋能，是我区数字信息产业发展的重大机遇。
为抓好用好这一重大机遇，我区构建高位推动新机制，建立宁夏枢纽“1332”招商引资体系，研究出台含“顶层规划+建设指引+支持措施+节能管控+招商引资”在内的推动数字宁夏建设的政策体系，从能耗保障、电力保供、项目支持、人才引进、所得税减免等方面，提出了一系列含金量高的优惠政策，吸引优质企业来宁投资置业。并采取开展精准招商，培育数字经济新生态、坚持项目为要，集聚产业发展新支撑、加快平台组建，激发市场主体新活力、召开算力大会，营造枢纽建设新氛围等系列“组合拳”，推动宁夏枢纽迈入深化发展阶段，为数字经济高质量发展夯实基础。
二、数字化转型
数字经济正赋能产业数字化转型升级加速进行。近年来，宁夏天地奔牛实业集团有限公司多个产品成为“行业明星”，广受市场欢迎。年产2000万吨智能综采煤炭输送装备、世界首台(套)高效节能智能控制刮板输送机、超长工作面智能刮板输送装备等，填补了国内空白。加快数字化转型，提升产品智能化含金量，实现“制造”向“智造”的转型升级，是天地奔牛产品畅销的关键因素之一。
宁夏宏宇智创科技有限公司基于冶金行业生产特性打造冶金5G智能工厂，通过构建5G工业无线专网，赋能数据采集、监控管理和生产控制等工业应用场景，项目应用企业宁夏晟晏实业集团有限公司通过5G智能工厂的建设，生产效率和效益明显提升。
贝利特化学股份有限公司“贝利特化学+基于工业互联网平台安全生产智能化管控平台建设”项目结合“互联网+安全生产管控平台建设”，解决企业本质安全，高效率、低成本解决企业生命线，实现企业高质量发展。
银川威力传动技术股份有限公司数字化系统与减速器制造的融合应用，围绕“软件定义工厂”这一先进理念，极大地提升了公司生产管理、制造运营等各方面的工作效率，为该公司的智能制造奠定了基础平台和基础框架。
近年来，宁夏不断激活数据、赋能产业，以智能制造为引领释放叠加效应、乘数效应，5G、大数据、工业互联网、云计算、人工智能等新一代信息技术与行业经济深度融合，加快工业经济数字化、网络化、智能化进程，越来越多的企业依靠数字化转型达到提升效率、降低成本的目的。
“在产业数字化方面精准有效施策，给予企业积极的帮助与指导，对23个工业园区、近千家企业进行把脉问诊，建立企业数字档案，帮助理清思路，量身定制智能化改造方案，实现数字化转型，助力高质量发展。”自治区工业和信息化厅相关负责人介绍。
三、融合应用
竞逐数字经济新赛道，我区立足赋能，丰富融合应用，通过各行各业的数字化转型，实现数字经济新形态的“变身”，在工农业以及医疗、教育、交通、供水等民生服务领域形成一批具有示范效应的典型应用场景。
在宁夏北斗数据中心贺兰山东麓山洪治理监测平台上，记者看到，依托北斗高精度应用示范平台，利用北斗差分解算，GNSS定位等技术，能够实时捕捉山洪暴发时陡涨陡落的洪水过程，垂直精度可达到厘米级，既能看得清，又能测得准，提高了山洪灾害及时预警的效能，可有效避免和减少人员伤亡，减少财产损失。
“宁夏北斗数据中心初步建成北斗数据中心、灾备中心、应用中心、双创中心、展示中心及宁夏北斗时空位置服务云平台，形成5800核计算能力、5PB存储能力，并在智慧城市、乡村振兴、智慧牧场、智慧交通等领域应用推广。”该中心相关负责人介绍。
在中国移动宁夏公司5G创新应用中心，展示着5G在九大垂直行业的多项应用：在5G工业能源领域，联合银川隆基硅开展了5G AGV无人运输车以及边缘计算数据不出场等场景应用；联合国网银川电力公司开展了5G差动保护、高空无人机巡检、泛在电力物联网等多场景多技术的应用实践；在5G智慧教育领域，成功开展了5G远程教学应用实验等应用。在5G智慧交通领域，正在推动无人驾驶和远程驾驶在工业智慧物流港进行试点；在5G社会治理领域，已基于全区“雪亮工程”实现高空瞭望5G视频回传和5G应急指挥车功能改造……
