近日,由找钢网主办的2022年度数字化钢贸高峰论坛在沪举行,众多来自全国各地的钢铁从业者、产业专家齐聚上海,把开年钢贸商最重要的工作任务聚焦在了数字化转型领域。
在大力发展数字经济的时代背景下,数字化转型对于很多行业而言已经不是一道选择题而是必答题,对于钢贸行业来讲更是如此。近年来,我国工业制造业企业纷纷加速信息化、数字化进程,钢铁行业也在智能智造、绿色低碳、精细化管理等诸多领域取得进展,但作为产业链上的重要一环,钢贸行业仍然非常传统,数字化水平低,亟需加快转型步伐。
钢贸行业由于钢铁运输半径的限制,具有鲜明的区域特点,一般情况下钢贸企业很少跨省运输,且多以“熟人生意”“家族经营”作为基本模式,这就导致很多钢贸商产生了严重的路径依赖,缺乏技术升级动力,对新技术新理念的关注和投入不足。一些地方的钢贸商没有构建起本地的进销存系统,更有甚者用黑板报作为数据看板,记账用账本手写,沿用着非常粗放的管理手段,财务、业务很容易就搞成了一笔糊涂账。
事实上,钢贸行业近年来涌现出一批数字化软件工具,可以帮助企业解决如库存管理、人员管理、客户管理、经营报表等一些实际问题,而且就服务价格而言也并不会对企业造成太大负担。但即便如此,钢贸商管理思路的转变仍显迟缓,仍然沿用传统方式,这种经营管理模式已经明显不适应钢铁行业整体数字化转型的节奏。
对此,当务之急是要在业内加大宣传普及力度。身处移动互联网时代,很多钢贸商也并不是不想转型升级,而是对数字化的效用和好处没有直观认识。因此,主管部门、行业协会以及相关的软件供应商,可以通过论坛、沙龙、商会等形式对钢贸商积极推广数字管理理念,打造一批典型的数字化转型案例,让钢贸商认识到转型带来的效益,并充分认识到传统路径过度依赖人力、信息不对称等弊端。
另外,还需要加大数字化工具服务力度,软件商要主动出击,从供给侧入手,刺激钢贸商的转型需求。虽然现在不少软件商推出了一些钢贸行业的SaaS工具,但是专业性、针对性仍有待提高,售后服务更要加把劲。有些钢贸企业就是因为在使用服务过程中遇上问题不能及时解决,从而对数字化产生了抵触情绪。其实,SaaS的本质就是“软件即服务”,软件是关键,服务也很重要,软件商应当主动配合,不断调整数字平台的功能布局,创造更多钢铁贸易的应用场景,不停迭代升级以满足现代钢贸产业的需求。
可喜的是,从当前国内发达地区的钢贸产业形势看,数字化转型已经提上日程,并渐成趋势。相信随着数字经济发展步伐的加快,越来越多软件服务企业的技术与服务能力会更加成熟,在政策引导和良好的示范效应下,更多钢贸企业也会享受到数字化转型带来的红利。
