一、引言
在后全球化竞争格局下,智能制造转型和自主创新压力加剧,传统 PLM 软件无法满足智能制造转型需求,缺乏对正向设计和系统工程的支持,缺乏对云计算、大数据、人工智能、工业互联网等高新技术的融合应用。PLM 软件作为工业知识沉淀管控平台,其自主可控性是我国工业技术的深化创新和高端制造转型升级的安全屏障。为此,需要研发自主可控的新一代国产化 PLM 系统,融合大数据、人工智能、工业互联网等新技术,应对智能制造背景下产品生命周期管理需求,助力企业提升自主创新研发、智能管控、质量追溯和产业链协同能力,推进产品研制模式的变革,既是智能制造技术发展需求,也是国家战略需求。
二、国内外 PLM 发展趋势
国外PLM软件厂商,达索、西门子、PTC垄断高端市场,通过并购整合,拓展产品线、探索新领域,在 CAD / CAE / CAM / CAPP / PLM / MOM / SLM 等领域占据市场的主导地位。达索系统在 3DExperience 体验平台中将多学科设计协同能力和传统 PDM 功能融合,三维建模功能采用数据结构化的方式进行存储、应用,平台强调产品全生命周期融合打通,数字连续。西门子工业软件强调设计、仿真、制造、服务一体化,虚实融合打通,打造 Teamcenter 数字平台。PTC 通过收购 Onshape 和 ThingWorx 等产品,向云和物联网等方向转型,打造 ThingWorx 物联网平台,在ALM 软件生命周期管理、SLM 服务生命周期管理方面布局,为智能产品管理应用提供服务。

三、新一代国产化 PLM 系统的内涵

四、新一代国产化 PLM 系统设计与实现
目前,与国外主流 PLM 系统相比,国内 PLM 系统在产品架构设计、功能完备性、系统稳定性、性能等方面存在差距。为响应新一代国产化 PLM 系统的发展趋势和内涵要求,华天软件规划设计了一款具备 1 套研发体系、1 个数字主线、1 个技术底座、N 个生态应用的新一代国产化PLM 系统,其整体框架如图 1 所示。

1. 建立1套研发体系
新一代国产化 PLM 系统,要支持产品创新设计、产品正向设计,首先要建立支持 MBSE 的新一代数字化研发体系,贯穿“需求、功能、逻辑、物理、工艺、制造、服务保障”诸领域,建立覆盖产品全生命周期的全局统一数据模型,形成产品数字主线、支持全局数据追溯的研发数据管理能力。如图 2 所示,构建基于模型的系统工程设计MBSE 需求模型、功能模型、逻辑模型、物理模型,建立多专业、多学科综合仿真的闭环及迭代验证体系。针对产品工程阶段的物理、工艺、制造、服务领域模型,构建基于 xBOM 的关联管理体系,实现产品全生命周期各领域技术状态统一管控,实现产品全生命周期过程数据及产品数据的有效管理、可溯源、可持续发展。

新一代国产化 PLM 系统的技术底座如图 3 所示,全面升级底层技术架构,采用微服务、容器化、DevOps、持续交付等全新技术架构,融合大数据、人工智能、物联网、低代码等最新技术,构建新一代工业软件技术底座“产品全生命周期操作系统 PLMOS”,具备感知数据接入(IOT 物联平台)能力、云架构技术平台集成能力(工业 PaaS)、数字中台(数据中台、业务中台)共性服务能力、工业 APP 应用生态构建能力,遵循业界主流相关标准和技术体制,具有开放性高、可移植性强、兼容性好和可扩展性等特点,支持全栈式服务、高并发、高可用,支持模型驱动和可定制,满足个性化需求应用,实现服务化应用的快速响应和敏捷交付。支持私有云、公有云、混合云,多云部署策略,基于云端的 SaaS 应用、工业 APP 应用,灵活部署以及客户端多样化服务扩展。
