工业4.0的到来,中国制造正在加速向中国“智”造迭代,而数字化无疑将成为公司乃至行业决胜未来的重要基石。
2012-2021年的十年间我国制造业增加值从16.98万亿元增加到近31.4万亿元,占全球比重从22.5%提高到近30%,持续保持世界第一制造大国地位。但不得不警惕的是,我国传统制造业凭借低要素成本建立起来的比较优势正在逐渐丧失。
建设现代化产业体系,坚持把发展经济的着力点放在实体经济上,推进新型工业化,加快建设制造强国。数字化转型已成为推动我国制造业高质量发展的重要手段,加快数字技术与实体经济的融合发展已成共识。
随着新一代信息与通信技术的集成突破与融合渗透,大数据、云计算、移动互联网、人工智能等前沿科技正以前所未有的深度和广度推进资源配置、生产方式与组织结构变革,新一轮科技革命与产业变革蓄势待发。
一、进入云时代
改革开放40多年来,中国创造了制造业史上的奇迹,不但产业规模在2010年后稳居世界首位,而且建成了门类齐全、独立完整的现代工业体系。但是“大而不强”的标签也随之而来,中国制造业高质量发展仍面临诸多困境。

和其他制造型企业类似,聚焦有色材料智造、教育事业、生态农业三大领域的浙江制造企业海亮集团在决定数字化之前,内部也经历过激烈的讨论。“曾经海亮集团还讨论过要不要上云,今年在开展上云工程中,很多技术和非技术同事都对上云的安全性问题、成本问题等都提出过质疑。”海亮集团战略中心负责人、数字化中心负责人何文天博士称,“但通过实际的落地实施,我们发现每个产业在上云之后,实现了资源集约和业务效率提升,总体成本可以下降40%- 60%。”
诞生于1989年的海亮集团,旗下有色材料智造、教育事业、生态农业三大核心领域独立运转并各有千秋,如何将同一集团下的非相关多元化体系进行统一管理,也是海亮集团在数字化转型前面临的难点问题。
在与华为云的合作过程中,这一问题得以解决。通过前期的考察、梳理,华为云为海亮集团“量身定制”,搭建统一的数据平台、基础设施,并同时制定了统一的数据标准,对海亮集团的治理起到了非常重要的作用。
其实早在2021年9月,海亮集团就已开始和华为云在数字化转型方面展开合作,并共同制定了海亮数字化转型战略。
在2021年年会上,海亮集团正式发布“12345”数字化转型战略,确定了1个目标,即以数字化转型为“驱动”,助力集团构建核心竞争力;2个提升,即对内提升管理效率和对外提升客户体验;3个转型,即转意识、转技能和转模式;4项能力,即业务数字化能力、业务共享能力、数据应用能力和基础设施共享能力;5大工程,即财务共享工程、人力共享工程、采购共享工程、数据湖工程和企业上云工程。
海亮集团的数字化转型战略规划落地实施,最终在于完成上述五大工程。2022年3月份,海亮集团首先启动了五大工程中的两项——数据湖工程和上云工程。
据了解,华为云数据使能服务可帮助制造企业“集、存、管、用”好数据,为企业提供感知业务、跨越孤立系统的数据资产智能管理解决方案,实现全域数据入湖,帮助用户构建引擎层、治理层、资产层、应用场景层等方面的能力,多角度、多层次、多粒度挖掘数据价值。
何文天博士称,2022年10月海亮集团所有的核心系统已经完成上云工程,海亮至此进入云时代。而数据湖工程分两步走,第一步的系统梳理、系统入库和平台建设,也已在9月份全部完成;第二步是数据治理和数据应用,预计在12月份完成。
此外,其余三大工程,其中人力共享工程在2022年10月份已经启动,财务和采购共享工程也在规划中。
“那么接下来两年,我们一方面是把这三大共享项目完成,同时在数字化转型过程中,结合实际变化和需求,不断更新数字化转型战略的内容。”何文天博士介绍,数字化转型越深入,自身内部数据治理越好,数据价值越高,所以安全性问题越要重视。在华为云的帮助下,海亮集团在数字化转型五大工程开展的同时,还额外增加了如安全防护、梳理企业流程、系统应用升级等一系列相关项目。
二、力出一孔,利出一孔
如何让所有人都参与到数字化转型的过程,去形成共识、理解、接受并且享受到数字化转型带来的利好,是企业数字化转型中需要去解决的问题。何文天博士认为,这不只是IT部门的事情,也不是一两个部门的事情,需要靠企业成熟的机制来建设完成。
在海亮集团董事局主席曹建国看来,依托于数字化转型,可以助力全集团制定更加清晰的业务战略。对外可实现与市场和客户对齐,选择细分市场和客户群体;对内可以使业务战略与企业研发、营销和销售、供应链、人力资源等各业务领域从上到下达成共识,做到“力出一孔,利出一孔”。
数据作为生产要素,本身就存在着指导企业总体决策、提高企业生产经营效率、降低生产经营成本的作用。在数字化求索过程中,相应的成效已在海亮集团显现。
例如,在科技兴铜方面,海亮集团通过科技赋能制造,基于达到国际领先水平的第五代生产线,打造出智能经营、智能制造、智能物流、智能仓储的全新产业模式,海亮股份产品成材率由91%提高到93%,劳动效率提升了3倍;吨综合能耗下降300kwh,碳排放与资本投入也明显降低。未来海亮集团还将与华为云深入进行合作,基于华为云在人工智能与大数据等方面的领先能力,帮助企业智慧工厂更上一层楼。

三、发挥数据驱动价值

目前,华为云已将华为15年数据治理的经验沉淀为DataArts数据治理生产线服务,把华为丰富的软件研发经验沉淀为DevCloud开发云服务,叠加上云转型的方法论以及伙伴的行业know-how,创新打造出华为云数据使能、工业物联、智能制造云平台(IMC)等制造行业方案,实现对制造企业从连接、驱动、数据到一站式信息服务的全面赋能。
有效地把物理世界生产过程数字化,通过全联接,实现数据的联接与融合,爆发出数据驱动的价值。
在工业产业链的转型升级上,华为云更进一步扮演了工业数字化赋能者的角色。日前,IDC发布首个工业互联网平台企业侧市场份额报告指出,2021年,中国工业互联网平台企业侧,即平台及应用解决方案市场规模约达到127.9亿元人民币,同比增长47.4%。
其中,华为云在工业互联网平台及应用解决方案整体市场和资源能源行业细分市场份额实现双第一。
不仅如此,在2022年6月,华为云工业aPaaS平台还新增了开创工业数据管理新范式的重磅云服务——华为云数据模型驱动引擎Data Model Engine,沉淀了物料、电子、需求、工艺等24种工业数据模型,帮助企业和开发者基于模型实现高效研发,快速构建工业软件SaaS应用,开发过程效率提升9倍。
未来也将有更多的传统制造企业将业务部署到云上。而对于制造业企业来说,数字化转型注定是一场长跑。正如何文天博士在提及海亮集团数字化决心时所说,数字化转型只有起点,没有终点。
