(1)没有目标的数字化转型是没有意义的,企业要对自己塑型成什么样子一定要有清醒的认识(业务驱动,目标导向)
一般来说,企业对自身的竞争优势或者未来的发展目标,还是有一个比较清醒的认识,围绕着这个目标企业需要加强的能力,这其实就是数字化转型所对应的目标。数字化转型网www.szhzxw.cn
这些所需要加强的能力,一般来说都是围绕着设计、工艺、生产、质量等方面提出了改进的要求——这其实就是一种业务导向。
虽然是打着数字化转型的旗号,但在这一步的分析过程当中,完全不必要考虑数字化相关的内容,只需明确目标和业务改进完善的重点。
(2)绝大部分企业的数字化转型,根本没有必要贪大求全的,一定要有所为有所不为,直指瓶颈痛点作为抓手来建设
记得自己以前写过一篇公众号文章,中小企业也很可能会犯大企业的毛病的。
最典型的就是贪大求全,其实在一定程度上也是企业的数字化部门在逃避可能施加在身上自己的责任,或者美其名曰:人家某某企业就这么做的也挺好,但也许企业根本就没有什么可比性。
其实所谓的说这么做才是智能制造,这么做才是数字化转型,我认为都是有问题甚至是居心不良的。

如果企业为了发展要重视设计,为了缩短研发周期要重视仿真工作,而为了让仿真真正的发挥作用,就要解决虚而不拟、仿而不真的问题,这是真正用数字化技术实现业务的高效运行,其实这就是一种转型。
不是仅仅有了数字化技术就行,而是要让数字化技术真正的发挥作用,真正支持业务。围绕着这个目的所开展的一切的工作都是有意义的。
(3)目前所宣传的数字化转型技术框架或者案例资料,很大程度上都是偏重于管理层次,但这个其实绝对不是企业的重点
老话重提:世界上这么多隐形冠军,提到他们你想到的是他们的数字化技术用的好,还是他们高性能高质量的产品。
说这个,并不是说这些隐形冠军不需要借助于数字化技术,而是说在数字化技术还不发达的情况下,他们其实是始终注重于自己产品的质量的性能。即使数字化技术供应可以依靠的时候,围绕着的业务重点仍然是产品性能及其制造质量。数字化转型网www.szhzxw.cn
必须聚焦于设计和工艺,其他的其实都还要退而求其次。

(2) Most of the digital transformation of enterprises, there is no need to be greedy, must do something, pointing to the bottleneck pain point as a starting point to build

In fact, to some extent, it is also the digital department of enterprises to evade the responsibility that may be imposed on them. Or, it is fine for others to do so, but perhaps there is no comparable enterprise.

Enterprise most need to solve the problem is always his bottleneck and pain points.
If the enterprise in order to develop to pay attention to design, in order to shorten the research and development cycle to pay attention to simulation work, and in order to make simulation really play a role, it is necessary to solve the problem of virtual but not imitation, imitation but not real, this is the real use of digital technology to realize the efficient operation of the business, in fact, this is a transformation.

The old saying goes: there are so many hidden champions in the world. When you think of them, you think of their digital technology, or their high performance and high quality products.
This is not to say that these hidden champions do not need to rely on digital technology, but that they are always focused on the quality of their products in the case of underdeveloped digital technology. Even when digital supplies are available, the business focus is still on product performance and manufacturing quality.
You have to focus on design and craftsmanship, and everything else is secondary.
