中科院院士梅宏:数字化转型本质是一场思想变革

“在某些特殊时间点,创新可能就是一次变革的机会,能带来换道超车的机会。现在我们说的‘数字经济’、‘数字化转型’就是这样的一次变革机会,变革带来的创新空间是无穷的。”6月18日,在第六届长三角商业创新大会上,中国科学院院士梅宏在演讲中表示,当下应从范式变迁的高度来看待数字化转型。

梅宏发表《从范式变迁的高度看数字化转型》主旨演讲。

所谓范式,指的是对某一事物的解释以及如何把一件事做成的过程,范式变化意味着行为、思维方式的重大变化。在科学范式中,天文学从地心说到日心说就是一个范式的变化。梅宏表示,每次的范式带来的是机会和变革,数字化转型也是一次数字变迁。在经历了农业、工业、信息社会后,当下正在诞生一种新的经济形态,即数字经济。

数字化转型就是构建新兴数字经济的过程,这个过程会催生新业态,同时也促使一些传统业态走向消亡。“这个转型是一个长期的过程,我个人的观点至少是要到本世纪中叶。”梅宏说。

当下,世界各国都在积极推进数字化转型,其中中国是支出增长最快的。但当下数字化转型正面临一系列的挑战,比如说陈旧的考核体系、孤立的组织架构、短视的战术规则、有限的专业知识和不足的创新协作。梅宏将其总结为“三不”(现象):一个是“不想”,因为传统的观念和路径依赖,对科技发展态势的理解、认识不足,对这一轮数据和AI带来的革命,很多人也是抵触的;二是“不敢”。传统行业的转型可能有风险、有阵痛,投入也比较高,很多人不敢率先探索。都希望别人先做,自己再做; 三是“不会”,缺少方法、技术和人才,缺少实践验证过的成功经验和路径。 数字化转型网(www.szhzxw.cn)

梅宏认为,在这样的背景下,需要从范式变迁的视角来看待数字化转型,“它也是一场思想变革,是一场模式创新。有这样一个时代节点在这里,我们怎样改变思想观念,去迎接这次大的变革。要做这件事首先是要改变理念,通过解放思想转换观念,建立新时代的思维方式。我们需要做好教育筑基,大量复合型人才的培养,还需要做好规划、顶层设计,同时在点上要做好案例的示范,去迎接这样一场范式变迁。”

此外,梅宏表示,数字化转型不等于数字化。“我们需要从简单的信息处理的数字化到整个流程的数字化,到完成整个组织的重构,流程的再造,整体的优化。如果整个公司的流程没有任何的变化,就谈不上转型,还只是一个提质增效的过程。”梅宏认为,数据要素化可能是数字化转型更高阶的表征,即将数据确定为重要的生产要素,通过各种手段让它参与社会生产经营活动的过程,“我们需要构建以数据为中心的组织体系和运行模式。” 数字化转型网(www.szhzxw.cn)

事实上,范式的变革不仅仅发生在数字化转型。长三角商创院自2018年成立以来,每年通过寻找样本企业,对中国企业的创新模式进行深入研究,8年从5000余家优秀企业中,挖掘了60余家标杆,出版了6期“长三角商业创新样本”。上海市长三角商业创新研究院院长、复旦大学管理学院院长陆雄文表示,这些创新样本被提炼总结形成案例,让更多长三角的企业乃至于长三角以外的企业一起来共享知识成果,更好地推进企业的创新发展。

At present, countries around the world are actively promoting digital transformation, and China is the fastest growing spending. However, digital transformation is facing a number of challenges, such as antiquated evaluation systems, isolated organizational structures, short-sighted tactical rules, limited expertise, and insufficient innovation collaboration. Mei Hong summed it up as “three Nos” (phenomena) : One is “do not want”, because of the traditional concept and path dependence, the understanding and understanding of the development trend of science and technology, many people are also resistant to the revolution brought by this round of data and AI; The second is “dare not”. The transformation of traditional industries may have risks, pains, and relatively high investment, and many people dare not take the lead in exploring. Mei Hong believes that in this context, digital transformation needs to be viewed from the perspective of paradigm change, “it is also a thought change, is a model innovation.” There is such an era node here, how we change our ideas, to meet this big change. To do this, first of all, we must change our ideas, transform our ideas by liberating our minds, and establish the way of thinking in the new era. In addition, Meihong said that digital transformation is not the same as digitization. “We need to move from the digitization of simple information processing to the digitization of the entire process, to the restructuring of the entire organization, the reengineering of the process, and the overall optimization. In fact, paradigm shifts are not just happening with digital transformation. Since its establishment in 2018, the Yangtze River Delta Business Innovation Institute has conducted in-depth research on the innovation model of Chinese enterprises every year by looking for sample enterprises. In eight years, from more than 5,000 excellent enterprises, more than 60 benchmarks have been excavated and six issues of “Yangtze River Delta Business Innovation Sample” have been published. Lu Xiongwen, dean of the Shanghai Mayor’s Triangle Business Innovation Research Institute and dean of the School of Management of Fudan University, said that these innovation samples were refined and summarized to form cases, so that more enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta and even enterprises outside the Yangtze River Delta can share knowledge achievements together and better promote the innovation and development of enterprises.

“In the early days, the innovation we saw was more about business strategy, business model innovation.
