与此同时,龙湖集团继续将城市公司合并。龙湖集团南昌公司和集团赣州公司合并,成立龙湖集团江西公司。
此次城市换防包括:加入龙湖约7年的老将、龙湖集团副总裁、北京公司总经理宋海林不再兼任北京公司总理,而是掌管龙湖集团研发部,负责研发及研发数字化(BIM)相关工作,向龙湖集团CEO邵明晓汇报。
空缺出来的龙湖集团北京公司总经理一职将由顾修铭接替。9月1日,顾修铭刚刚到任武汉公司总经理一职,尚未满月。

今年以来龙湖集团的地方高管换防还包括,集团战略部以及龙湖集团南京和龙湖集团苏州公司。

区域公司规模化是龙湖集团未来目标之一。今年1月30日,龙湖地产集团经营会上,邵明晓在发布未来五年的目标和路径时,提出新房开发销售业务将推行“5、3、2、1、5”战略。即未来三年,要出现1-3个500亿元级地区公司,3-5个300亿元级地区公司,5-8个200亿元级的地区公司,8-15个100亿元级的地区公司,消除或合并三年以上仍在50亿元以下的地区公司。

Changes

Future goals
The scale of regional companies is one of Longfor Group’s future goals. On January 30, this year, Longfor Real Estate Group business meeting, Shao Mingxiao announced the goal and path of the next five years. He proposed that the new house development and sales business will carry out the “5, 3, 2, 1, 5” strategy. That is to say, in the next three years, there will be 1-3 regional companies of 50 billion yuan, 3-5 regional companies of 30 billion yuan, 5-8 regional companies of 20 billion yuan, 8-15 regional companies of 10 billion yuan, and eliminate or merge the regional companies that are still below 5 billion yuan more than three years ago.
As far as the current Longfor Group regional companies are concerned, there is still a long way to reach the group’s three-year sales target.
