一文读懂信息化、数字化、数据化以及数据化运营的区别

一、信息化是一种管理手段,信息化的工作就是把管理信息化。

信息化就是将企业的生产过程、物料移动、事物处理、现金流动、客户交互等业务过程数字化,通过各种信息系统、网络加工生成新的信息资源,用来提供给各层次的人了解“业务现在是什么情况”,“流程进展到哪里”等一切动态业务信息。以作出有利于生产要素组合优化的决策,让企业资源合理配置,以使企业能适应瞬息万变的市场经济竞争环境,求得最大的经济效益。

目前应用的企业信息化管理系统主要有:OA办公自动化系统;用于管理客户关系的CRM系统;MES制造执行管理系统;MDC生产数据及设备状态信息采集分析管理系统;PDM制造过程数据文档管理系统等。

二、数字化则是推进信息化的最好方法。

所谓数字化,就是将许许多多复杂的、我们难以估计的信息通过一定的方式变成计算机能处理的0和1的二进制码。

目前大家都在谈的“数字化”其实有着这样的背景和特征:

客户/市场为先的文化。你的客户是谁?市场在哪?他们是你数字化服务的对象。从用户和市场出发,对方需要什么样的产品什么样的服务?客户在哪,尽一切努力吸引他们,维系他们,取悦他们。为了数字化转型,必须打造可以满足客户需求的企业文化,可以另客户获益的功能,可以快速改变客户或帮助客户降低成本的服务。

即时反馈 。在数字化世界中,客户都期待着自己的请求能够立刻获得反馈。客户不会再等待几分钟、几小时甚至数天,仅仅为了知道自己的请求是成功或失败。数字化世界的响应时间已经开始用毫秒作为单位来衡量。

实时 。数字化系统应该能全天候接受请求,应该能按需可用,应该能使用/返回最新数据。

自动化 。数字化服务应该包含尽可能多的计算机处理过程(最理想状况是100%由计算机处理),需要的人工介入越少越好。

智能 。繁琐的工作都应交给数字化服务处理,将客户或其他方面人员需要付诸的精力和所需的理解减至最低。

在线 。数字化系统应该能通过互联网从任何地点访问,不应对设备和使用情况进行任何限制。

推进改变 。应该是由数字化服务定义业务过程,而非业务过程定义数字化服务。数字化意味着业务过程需要作出改变,以便适应计算的世界,而非反其道行之。

三、数字化带来了数据化。

数据化是指问题转化为可制表分析的量化形式的过程。最直观的就是企业形形色色的报表和报告。

四、数据化管理=数据分析+服务业务+改善管理

数据化运营(约等于)数据化管理,前者常见于互联网行业,上升到所有行业其实都叫数据化管理。

谈数据化管理之前先说说数据分析。数据分析就是用适当的统计分析方法对收集来的大量数据进行分析,提取有用信息和形成结论的过程。

数据分析只能对某一个问题作出解答,比如分析得出销售额下降的比率和原因,但并没有告诉我们怎么做,也就是说,数据分析本身不能带来最大化的业绩和效率。所以,数据分析结合人的决策和业务行动,将正确的分析结果用最实际的方式应用到业务层面才能产生效益,只有持续不断的产生效益才能称之为数据化管理。

Intelligence. The tedious work should be handed over to digital services to minimize the effort and understanding required by customers or others.

Online. Digital systems should be accessible from anywhere via the Internet without any restrictions on equipment or usage.

Push for change. Digital services should define business processes, not business processes that define digital services. Digitization means that business processes need to change in order to adapt to the world of computing, not the other way around.

Third, digitization brings about digitization.

Digitization refers to the process of transforming a problem into a quantifiable form that can be tabulated and analyzed. The most intuitive is the enterprise’s various statements and reports.
